Chris Zulanas and Dan Pickett secured a dismissal and collected a property damage recovery for a national trucking company in a case arising out of a multi-vehicle pileup on an interstate highway. Several claims were made against the firm’s client and its driver in a case involving several plaintiffs and defendants. All liability claims were denied, and recovery for our client’s damages was sought against another party. After quickly gathering necessary discovery, filing for summary judgment, and arguing the firm’s client was due to be fully dismissed from the case, a dismissal was secured for the company and its driver, and damages for our client’s equipment and downtime loss were recovered.
