Chris Zulanas and Gwen Gordon recently won another summary judgment for the world’s largest retailer. It was alleged the firm’s client failed to properly maintain its store, causing an individual to fall and sustain a serious injury resulting in surgeries. Following discovery, depositions, and filing of the firm’s motion and briefs, the Court agreed with our firm’s arguments and wrote a well-reasoned opinion completely dismissing every claim.
