Mining Case 10
Frequent mining related trial work including representation of two surface mining companies in lawsuit by property owner resulting in defense verdict in the Circuit Court of Jefferson County, Alabama. The Boyd v. Twin Pines et al. case was one of the three defense verdicts in blasting cases obtained by the firm in a 24 month period.
