Chris Zulanas and Gwen Gordon recently won a summary judgment for the world’s largest retailer. It was alleged the firm’s client failed to properly maintain its store, causing an individual to slip and fall and sustain a serious injury resulting in surgeries. Following discovery, depositions, and the filing of the firm’s motion and briefs, the Court wrote a well-reasoned opinion completely dismissing every claim.
