Robert represents parties in commercial real estate transactions, including all aspects related to the closing of purchases and sales of real property, land acquisition and development, re-development of improved property, re-financing of commercial loans secured by real property, and the negotiation and drafting of leases. Robert’s real estate practice includes the representation of property owners in commercial landlord/tenant matters and the litigation of quiet title actions.
Robert represents and defends companies in product liability, toxic tort and general civil liability case. During the course of his 28 year career as a defense litigator, Robert has successfully tried many cases for clients and has won several appeals.
He is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Alabama and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
