Friedman partners Chris Zulanas and David Gordon proudly received a defense verdict for their client following a ten-day trial. The lawsuit arose out of a large commercial construction project with numerous construction defect claims against the firm’s client. More than a dozen witnesses, including numerous experts, testified during trial and Friedman’s client was given a defense verdict as to all counts following a three-hour jury deliberation.
