The firm’s client was sued for allegedly creating a hazardous condition at plaintiff’s work place after she sustained serious injuries because of slipping and falling in hydraulic fluid that leaked from a forklift. The firm’s client performed in-house maintenance of the onsite fleet of forklifts.
