Chris Zulanas and Rodney Dillard obtained a defense verdict for their client in a case where Plaintiff alleged she contracted lymphedema following a manicure. Plaintiff claimed she was badly cut during the service and a subsequent infection resulted in lymphedema, a lifelong condition. Following a four-day trial, the jury decided the case in favor of the defense on all issues. No appeal followed.
